APPOINTMENT FEES

  • Appointments made within 24 hours are double the normal rates
  • Appointments done on Holidays are double the normal rates
    o If appointment falls on a Sunday than the rate is tripled
    o If appointment is made on the same day than the rate is tripled
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a penalty of 50% of the starting rate
  • Confirmed references will get a 10% discount on a cleaning which will be applied to an appointment during the following month.
    o 10 Confirmations gets the client a free cleaning
  • Additional fees will apply for seasonal cleanings (i.e. garages, windows, etc.)
